Experience Overview:
In 2020, I started my career as an MSK physiotherapist. I had an opportunity to treat various MSK outpatient injuries. I have experience in treating musculoskeletal problems, acute and chronic conditions like neck pain, back pain, hip pain, knee pain, ankle, elbow, and shoulder pain, whiplash injury, muscle imbalance and structural deformity, osteopenia, general strengthening and osteoporosis, cervical and lumber radiculopathy, etc.

Manipulative therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization techniques, corrective exercises, soft tissue mobilization, musculo-neurological problems

Why do you enjoy working as a Physiotherapist?
My favourite part working as a physiotherapist is seeing the patients feel relief and get with improvement of overall function and quality of life, making the treatment a challenging and exciting experience as well. I love my job because it is a profession where you are always learning new things and helping people and changing people’s life. offering a tailored therapy to each individual needs, integrated the anthropocentric approach with the latest evidence based research.

Experience Overview:
I embarked on my physiotherapy career in 2020, treating a diverse range of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, neurological, paediatric, and sports injuries for both inpatients and outpatients. Over time, I have honed my expertise in managing musculoskeletal issues, particularly focusing on conditions such as whiplash injuries, back pain, hip pain, knee pain, ankle injuries, elbow issues, and shoulder injuries. My approach integrates posture guidance, injury prevention, education, manual therapy, and personalised exercise programs to effectively address musculoskeletal pain and injuries, which have become my primary professional passion.
Trained in Manual Therapy techniques such as Soft Tissue Manipulation, Mulligan Concept Manual Therapy, Mobilisation with movement, Peripheral and Spinal Mobilisation and Manipulation Techniques.
